Logbook – day 20 by CHRYS

From Noumene,

The weather is more clement today, still windy but fortunately let’s not forget that it is thanks to the Trade Winds that we are sailing towards our only goal: Polynesia.

Today, the sun is out, turning the ocean a deep iridescent blue and dotted with little white sheep. It is very beautiful. The rowers, despite the fatigue, are still very motivated, I am in admiration of their courage and determination.

We have a quick question for you. At night, when rowing is even more difficult, our rowers are attacked by numerous flying fish. Why do flying fish fly? Courtship ? Games ? Vital necessity?

Thank you for your help. While waiting for your answers, the whole Noumène team hugs you and thanks you for your support.

Additional kisses to my sons: Hugo, Xan and Arthur as well as to my lover and my parents.
