Logbook – day 18 by ELODIE<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Hello to all,<\/p>\n

This day, the sea is quite agitated. The girls row with some difficulties, there are some falls but fortunately our rowers have the experience<\/strong> and get back on the board quickly. I must admit that from the boat, it is still impressive! Flying fish are becoming more and more numerous and one wonders if it would not be more prudent to row with glasses systematically<\/strong> because they come out with such speed that they could hurt their face…there are also some jellyfish that give the relays sometimes uncomfortable!<\/p>\n

Tonight’s meeting was held around the traditional Landes confit accompanied by its “homemade” mousseline pur\u00e9e…well “boat” ….the round table discussion is still positive even if the fatigue is present among the rowers and the crew in general, except for the boys who are still in good shape and that is really reassuring!<\/p>\n

The nights are punctuated by squalls that quickly change the speed of the boat and the sailing conditions, so the crew must be on the lookout every hour that passes.<\/strong><\/p>\n

We still miss our families and friends, we think of you very much, I also take this opportunity to greet all my patients who could follow us on the networks!<\/p>\n

Let’s go for the 3000 kms, the rhythm is good, the rowers are very strong physically and mentally, they will make it… what a feat!<\/p>\n
