As it is customary during our last crossings, we have at heart to set up actions in schools. As a reminder:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&gt;  Challenge Cap Odyss\u00e9e we had mentioned the prevention of swimming knowledge<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&gt;  Cap O pas Cap Challenge we had approached the themes around the prevention of water.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&gt;  Today CAP OPTIMIST highlights themes around sport and health.  <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">This kit is intended for children from 3 to 11 years old, from kindergarten to CM2, it includes&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>6 weeks to complete the collective sports challenge<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">A 6-week sport-health workshop, towards the realization of a collective sport challenge.  <\/span><span style=\"font-size: large;\">2 weekly sessions are offered, the duration of which varies between 30 and 45 minutes. Each week, a new theme is addressed:  <\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Notion of challenge, what is it and why do it?<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Preparation for the collective challenge in class.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Physical preparation and training.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The benefits of a healthy diet.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Managing stress and emotions through mental preparation<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Each session is divided into 4 parts:<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">-Discover the themes of the week through a video<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">-Explanation of the concepts \/ learning of the corresponding vocabulary<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">-Setting in motion and collective physical practice<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">-A short routine of breathing, stretching and meditation to calm down.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>What is in the case?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">The case is composed of a user&#8217;s guide, pedagogical sheets, a USB key with all the digital supports. There is also an award for the class and awards for each child but also an intervention of the Cap Optimist rowers to launch the project and share a moment with the children.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\"><b>Challenges for 2022-2023:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\"> <\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: large;\">28 schools, more than 80 classes will realize a collective sports challenge during the school year.
